In Furano, which has recently been drawing attention as a "Second Niseko Resort," condominiums are being built one after another by foreign investors. The area has a population of approximately 20,000 people and receives an average of 1.9 million tourists per year. In addition to the ‟powder snow” in the winter, there are many activities in the summer, so many tourists are expected throughout the year. Therefore, the return on investment is excellent.
